Went to buy icing sugar and I was met by a generally dirty shop where the owner feels unprofessional and sits scrolling on his mobile phone with his feet out of his shoes. When I get home I see a caterpillar and other dirt in the package which I go back. I show the caterpillar that is still on the package, the owner pushes it away and says that there is nothing wrong with the package. When I point out that it is still dirty and there was literally a caterpillar on it, he opens the package and says that there is nothing wrong with the icing sugar inside. When I then say that I don't want it and think it is disgusting I am denied a refund because "the package is opened", the package that HE just opened. I try to compromise but it ends up with me having to go home and throw the package away and that I have wasted 38 SEK, which is also a completely absurd price because I later bought a package of icing sugar at Willys for 16 SEK. Do not recommend.
