I have probably never experienced such poor care/staff. Been going here for almost two years and it is always a problem. When I first got my ADHD diagnosis, I was prescribed Concerta as they warned there was a risk of suicidal thoughts (I have previously had problems with it and suffered from depression) despite that, they cancelled the follow-up we were supposed to have 2 weeks later because the nurse was sick and later didn't hear from me for several months. In the end, I had to call them and ask what was going on. Apparently I was the one who should have called and booked a new visit when they were the ones who cancelled. In addition, I also suffer from ADHD which from the very beginning makes it difficult for me to get a handle on things. Especially like having to call in and have to book a doctor's appointment. After that, I have had problems several times that they said they would write me a prescription, when I then went to the pharmacy it turns out that I don't have a prescription at all. It is also terribly difficult to get hold of them and you have to sit and wait on the phone for about 30+ minutes each time. Between each visit you have to wait several months and it is very clear that the staff really do not care about their patients. You are sent around anyway. No one has any idea what medications I take, what needs and problems I have. Even though I have been going there for two years. I also asked for a certificate from HP where they booked a visit for it several months after the actual HP exam. I think it is a constant problem and nothing about this reception makes it easier for me with ADHD, but the exact opposite. I am very disappointed and tired of this!

Världens bästa klubb. Trevlig personal och sköna människor som tränar. Alla är en stor familj, nexus har blivit mitt andra hem. Fräsch lokal och Extremt roliga och bra träningspass. Värt alla kronor i värden. Rekommenderar starkt att träna på nexus!💪 …

Ok gym för pass och konditionsträning. Avdelningen för fria vikter är ordentligt eftersatt.
