Extremely poor service and treatment from the manager Abi. I called and booked an appointment to install an engine heater and a passenger compartment heater with Bluetooth. I was given a price of 8500. When I then arrived at Mekonomen Ringvägen, Abi said that it costs 15000 now all of a sudden. He said that they don't have control over the central booking at Mekonomen, he said that there are teenagers in customer service who don't have control over the prices... When we agreed on the new price of 15000 and the car had been in the workshop all day, I wrote and asked when the car would be ready. He promised that it would be ready at 4 pm. Then Abi said that they hadn't even started on the car... Once the car was ready the next day (I received a text message saying that the car was ready and then it said price: 8500 but that was wrong) I would get help installing the app for the engine heater. It didn't work and they didn't even know how the app and the engine heater worked, instead telling ME to call support at Defa, the brand of the engine heater. Don't go here!!!!!

Extremt dålig service och bemötande av chefen Abi. Jag ringde och bokade tid för att sätta in motorvärmare och kupévärmare med bluetooth. Fick ett pris på 8500. När jag sedan kom till Mekonomen Ringvägen sa Abi att det kostar 15000 nu helt …
