As others have mentioned, we were also charged unexpected extra fees at the last minute for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, there was a real lack of transparency about these charges. It seemed like the additional cost only covered a few random balloons and didn’t even include drinks, which was disappointing. It’s a shame because the place itself is nice overall. However, the jacuzzi was far too hot, and we weren’t able to adjust the temperature, which made it uncomfortable to use. With better communication and more transparency about pricing, the experience could have been much better.
