Shame on the one who gives up - but now you have to give in, Human Performance! Calls and emails several times and a "thank you, but no thanks" doesn't seem to be enough. By so frantically contacting (and - via email: sending spam-like content, via phone: reading out a script, which eventually became so laughable that I clocked the time the salesperson talked and didn't stop when I tried to break in - 6 minutes..!) and on top of that, they are neither able to take a no nor answer relevant questions about what they are selling, they are making things enormously worse for themselves. All understanding that salespeople want to sell, but the attitude we are met with has made our experience and interest go from "this sounds interesting, but not right now" to "never". Learn about the product so that you can answer customers' questions, get a more human and less annoying sales pitch, don't contact multiple salespeople in the same short period of time and - as I'm only now seeing and which unfortunately rhymes equally well (but badly) with my existing perception of the company - don't manipulate your own Google reviews by giving them 5/5 ratings yourself...! You have a good and interesting product but unfortunately the whole machinery around it is dragging down both the perception of your company and the willingness to buy - change and do the right thing!
