The staff is not helpful at all and rude, we made a booking online but they were "checking" the system couldn't find our booking we showed him the booking number on our phone and instead of looking at the booking number and typing that in he started scrolling down on my phone and completely ignored the booking number and told us he can't find it then we tried calling customer support it called the guy helping us he asked "is it you calling what do you want" I don't know if he was trying to be funny or not we asked him if this is the right address after the third time asking he answered that it is when we were literally showing him the address on the phone. We left to call the company we booked it from and we came back and the guy that was helping us before saw us and LITERALLY rolled his eyes sighed when he saw us we showed him the booking number again and he was typing it in like he was forced to be there almost slamming the keyboard with his fingers with so much attitude, all this was a older guy with glasses. Overall horrible experience don't rent here get your car from another company like hertz because this europcar is useless.
