I visited Hasslarps Lanthandel because it is the closest store to where I live. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. When I entered the store, I saw cockroaches running on the floor, which felt very unhygienic. At the same time, a loud argument broke out between the staff at the checkout and a customer. They shouted at each other so much that I became scared and unsafe in the premises. When I looked at the drinks, I saw that a can of Coca-Cola cost 30 kronor, which I experienced as extremely expensive. I therefore chose to only buy a chewing gum and a can of snus. Further problems arose at the checkout when the staff first stated a price of 150 kronor, even though the goods according to the shelf price should cost around 70 kronor. When I questioned this, the treatment became aggressive and disrespectful, and the situation escalated to the point that I was thrown out of the store. Outside the store, I also saw a person who seemed to be trying to manipulate or pull on my bicycle and lock. When I said I was going to call the police I was threatened, which made me very scared. I therefore chose to leave the place and go home instead. In summary, this was a very unsafe and unpleasant experience, with serious shortcomings in both hygiene, customer service and security. I will not shop here again and unfortunately cannot recommend the store.
