I-shine uses a lot of nice words about their services. Unfortunately, it is not a serious company as valuable items disappear and feedback dries up when the scam is exposed. The response to my review on Reco is not correct. All the items that were missing were not returned and what happened was not at all according to my wishes. They said it was "lucky" that they did not have time to throw away the garbage. It was still in the car. "So some of the things they said they "thought" were trash were returned. It was a dog bed. We had clearly agreed that only cardboard boxes would be thrown away. I also showed when the cleaners were on site. A co-worker even came to my house and pretended to look for things after the cleaning.
