Most expensive time waster! I paid for invisible braces, only for the treatment to be suddenly cancelled after 1.5 years because they “no longer had a qualified dentist” WITHOUT WARNING! They had told me that they would order new braces to finish the treatment, then turned around next appointment and told me I had no choice but to end it, with ZERO COMPENSATION! Cons: - No compensation even though THEY terminated the treatment - Dentists often had no idea why I was even there - MISINFORMATION ALL THE TIME - Dentist shows up late and even takes a break during your appointment time while you’re waiting in the lobby - Constant rebooking either through phone or when you're already there (because they didn't inform you), makes it VERY difficult if you have a life - Being shuffled between Happident locations like a package - Dragged out the process of ending the treatment for months, due to poor planning from them - You being made into the person who tells them what needs to be done next for the treatment (don't forget to tell them you need to book a time! Otherwise they won't ask you!) - Somehow get an appointment when the dentist is on vacation, and you find that out when you're already at the clinic for said appointment Pros: - Knowing never to associate with this company again
