Really bad service! I got this company from my insurance to borrow a rental car. I never have any proper contact, everything is done by phone. I manage to get a car through a locker after many twists and turns. After that, Eurocar deducts payment from my bank at regular intervals for the car without me knowing anything, which is fine, but it should give more information. As I said, bad service and there is no good contact person. Now in the end I had to pay the price I was actually supposed to pay three times. It has locked several amounts in my account that have not been unlocked yet, which is the bank's fault in their opinion. They send an invoice a few days after they had deducted the final amount from the account and they know nothing about it. So it has been charged twice! When I call them, they say that it is the bank's fault how they have done it. They don't know much and blame their problems. It is important to be on your guard so that they do not try to scam you.
