This is a company that we will stay away from in the future for all our house renovations. We were initially very happy to have found a company in Skåne that seemed to be able to meet the requirements for a historic house renovation. Doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, etc. were all planned to be purchased centrally from this store. We also had a high level of confidence as we have previously received excellent customer service from many other companies in Skåne that have exceeded our expectations. Our first major purchase was one of their more expensive wood stoves, which we had had in mind for the better part of a year. Delivery problems arose when the tracking of our stove was handed over to an employee of the company, named Therese, with whom we had never had contact before. Our only source of information (tracking, delivery time, etc.) was a note on our gate that DHL had left after a failed delivery attempt. We had no idea that they were planning to deliver on any day that week. When we contacted Qvesarum, they didn't seem to understand why this could be a problem. The lack of information, let alone communication, was astonishing, and it is clear from other customers that similar problems have not been resolved over the years. To make matters worse, we discovered that we had received the wrong door model for this particular wood stove - a small but important detail that ultimately made us lose all desire to deal with the company in the future. It is tiring to have to contact a company repeatedly about the same order. We prefer smooth transactions and quality customer service. Should the problem with the stove be resolved quickly, I will adjust my review, but at this point this is a company I can no longer recommend and no longer have the desire to buy from.
