The breakfast is nothing extraordinary, but the service of the staff is extraordinary NON-service minded!!! Stayed at the villa (almost 4k/night) and came for breakfast with my son, it happened that I had a tech bug with my credit card, asked to pay with Swish or put it on my room to pay upon check out. None of the options were possible and we stood in front for 20 min while 3-4 girls were discussing that they cannot let us in... such an awful experience. At the end we left, but the bug with the credit card was fixed 5 min after ... though the start of the day was already unpleasant. 😕 Knowing it from inside and working with hotels chains and big events myself, this proves once again that service minded attitude is a key for success in this business.
