I’ve usually had good experiences here, but my recent drop-in visit was disappointing. I came to buy travel medication and ask a few follow-up questions but the doctor was rude and snappy and started repeating "I don't have time for this" from the first minute we spoke. She "found" the time once she realized I was buying medicine but the attitude did not improve. The medical advice itself was fine but the communication was really unpleasant. I’d avoid drop-ins unless you enjoy unexpectedly sharp comments from stressed doctors. Not the experience I was hoping for.
