Five years ago this was the best bar in Västerås, then all the staff resigned ,from being the best to now the most inhospitable in Västerås. The staff have no idea how to treat customers and they are ignorant Decided to see if there attitude had changed. Down stairs was closed, went upstairs and asked if one in my company would be able to come upstairs she was in a wheelchair the person behind the bar just laughed at me, if this how they treat customers Please pass this on to people who visit Västerås do not go to pitchers
