I've lived here for over 2 years now and I haven't had that experience at all. Good care from the staff. If you've called and it's been a while, someone has needed help before me, there are many residents here and there may be several who have called. The food is good, lunch starts with a salad with many different tasty vegetables. We get fish twice a week. Lots of activities that make it pleasant and we get to be together. Good coffee if it's in the afternoon, there's the option to eat supper otherwise you get help to get it in your apartment. A big A for the staff and managers.🥰
