Jättetrevlig personal och väl planerad butik. (Kanske lite trångt, men i övrigt ok.)
Uppdatering: OBS! DU får INTE boka en akut tid här om du inte är patient här!! (Det står inte på hemsidan.) …

Hej! Vi tackar för fina recensioner!
Update: NOTE! YOU CANNOT book an emergency appointment here if you are not a patient here!! (It is not stated on the website.) Went here 4 years ago for an emergency, and thought it was good then. That he was friendly and had a nice touch and good prices. But now I had an emergency problem again, and booked an appointment. As soon as I came in, he said that you are not allowed to book an emergency appointment with him if you are not a police/emergency service personnel or already a patient with him. ?? (It would be good if it was stated on the website.) Then he spoke sternly to me that he had urged me to go to the dentist over the years. I explained that as a single mother and student for 4 years I could not afford it. That I am now a single mother with a part-time job, half-time sick leave and therefore live below the subsistence minimum and cannot afford it. He then claimed that the municipality pays then: which is not true. Because I have been denied social assistance even though I live below the subsistence minimum after paying the CSN installment. (I am not granted social assistance because they do not take into account how much I have paid and pay to CSN. CSN does not take into account the costs I have for work trips, for example, and does not give a deferral if you do not have social assistance = live below the subsistence minimum). You do NOT get dental care from the municipality if you do not have social assistance. I held myself together for a while, but started crying, and tried to say that his opinion is not correct. He backed down a little then, and admitted that it is bad that dental care is not included in healthcare, and that there is no upper limit on how much you can be paid for dental care (no absolute high-cost protection). Then he started telling me how tough his life was when he studied without student loans and worked all his free time. ??? It's great for him that he had the opportunity to do it: that he managed it (was healthy and strong enough then) and that he therefore doesn't have to pay social security now and probably has okay finances now. But my life looked different and I didn't have those opportunities. Went home 210 kronor and a dental allowance poorer, still with a broken tooth (because apparently there was no way to put something in temporarily until a kind-hearted dentist who might be able to help me cheaply is back from his vacation) crying loudly with even greater anxiety than before. SO incredibly tired of all the dentists who shamed me, scolded me and didn't understand or want to ask why I ended up where I ended up (who seem to think that you voluntarily choose to end up there). I hope he thinks about it and doesn't treat anyone else like that. Our society is hard and tough enough. The world needs us to spread more compassion and kindness. No more contempt or shaming. The fact of the matter in 2024 is that you can become poor even if you are not actually criminal, careless, lazy or wasteful. There is a working poor class today. Many who have to forgo necessary dental care, buying clothes, all pleasures, who turn over every penny and struggle just to be able to afford to buy food. Who always prioritize their children first, and who have fought to never end up there. And anyone CAN end up there.
