I ordered a falafel roll and was told that I could grab a drink from the fridge. When I asked if it was included in the price for the roll, the cashier said yes. I didn't think too much about it but realized later that he had charged me extra for the drink. It's a small thing but gives a dishonest impression. I also didn't like the food.
