Staff explicitly told me I could return a watch that I bought as a gift. The watch was 1000 sek cheaper online in their own webshop, so they price matched. As this makes it ”discounted”, I asked if I could still return it. Staff confirmed this very clearly twice. I went back the day after, 19 hours later, and they denied me to return the item. They claim it’s discounted, and the staff from the day before said I was lying. It’s outrageous how some companies treat customers and are so comfortable lying to their faces for a little bit of revenue.
