Claims that 99% receive a "medical assessment by licensed health care personnel within three days" (i.e. that the care guarantee is fulfilled) - which in practice means that a snide nurse tells you that you have to wait six months to see a doctor unless you are terminally ill. You can forget about regular doctor contact. Warning about their so-called "mental health care"! It is a bizarre joke, the sole purpose of which is for the unqualified staff to have something to do during their highly paid working hours. The only "treatment" offered is to take a computer course, otherwise you will be left without help. The complaints handling is a scam, which only involves letting dissatisfied patients whine for a while. There is no real willingness to admit errors and shortcomings, let alone to correct mistakes - anyone who insists is instead seriously insulted by the so-called boss. Unfortunately, this is what happens when the only motive is to rake in the maximum amount of money for the least possible return. ANSWER TO THE ANSWER (VC left a reply to my review but deleted it after I left this reply): You can skip the theater performance for the public. Since I write openly under my own name, you know very well who I am, because over the past year I have repeatedly sought redress after being harmed by your "evidence-based care", and have provided detailed reports. The only response has been some non-binding platitudes. There has been no admission that anyone has done wrong, but you have "followed established procedures". That much was the improvement ambition worth! The conclusion cannot be anything other than that I am the one who is wrong and unsuitable patient who cannot receive your excellent and flawless care. When I was not satisfied and insisted on a better answer, I was met first with silence, and finally with an insult from the manager: My request for a personal meeting was declined on the grounds that "it is important for us that our staff feel safe in their working environment". Sometimes they say that you end up in the right place at the right time for a reason. Today was one of those days for me. After struggling with a stubborn and hopeless inflammation in my shoulder that wouldn't heal for the past year, I went to the pharmacy at Ica Maxi in Ronneby to buy anti-inflammatory tablets/ointment for the pain, but instead was advised by the world's most wonderful person Maria not to do it. She took a quick look at my shoulder and realized that something was wrong, and after a professional consultation with a background as a masseuse, she gave me the tip to tape it with sports medical tape instead. She also offered to do it for me on the spot, and once inside the pharmacy she taped me up. She explained in the most educational way in the world how everything is connected with pinched nerve fibers, inflamed bursae and the lymph nodes and their function. I can't thank you enough Maria. All pain disappeared (and still is at the time of writing) and I immediately regained blood circulation in my right arm. You are so incredibly professional and you have such wonderful energy and a wonderful attitude towards people. I am so grateful that I met you. I was truly completely enchanted by your friendly attitude and razor-sharp knowledge, and I will be a returning customer as long as you are there. You probably have fantastic colleagues who are just as talented, but today you were undeniably the superstar there. And if anyone writes something stupid about you zealots, they have used up their right to visit your pharmacy for the rest of their lives.
