I was tricked into buying a car I didn’t intend to use. In 2025, I bought a Jaguar XF from this dealer. Since I completely trusted the dealer, I chose not to have the car inspected and simply brought it back to them. They even sold me an insurance policy for 7,500 yuan (after checking with the insurance company, the actual value was only 3,000 yuan). When I took it to a workshop for a four-wheel alignment, they found that the car’s chassis beams were badly rusted with rust holes and that the brake system had serious problems. The workshop even refused to repair it. I then demanded a refund, which the dealer rudely refused. The Arbitration Board (ARN) ruled in favor of the dealer and ordered a refund, but they still refused to pay and offered various excuses. The case has now been submitted to the court for judgment.
