Very bad service and unprofessional staff. My friend and I visited the store yesterday and were met with indifference and coldness. When we asked for help, we were ignored, and when someone finally answered, she didn't even look at us - it felt like she just wanted to get rid of us. It really felt like we weren't welcome. I would also like to mention that I was previously recommended a skin care product by the staff, which was very expensive - but it had absolutely no effect. Felt like a total waste of money. This is not the first time I have received poor service in this store, but it will definitely be the last time I go there. It takes so little to show respect, but this store shows time and time again that it is not their priority.
