I bought a car that was sent down to Malaga. According to the seller, it was supposed to be serviced and ready to go. When I get to Malaga airport and pick up the car, the service light comes on. I drive the car home (to Portugal) about 500 kilometers. When I have about 10 kilometers left, the engine light comes on and I drive the car to the workshop. I contact the seller about the problems that have arisen and we agree that it needs to be taken to the workshop to see what the problem is. But to make a long story short, it is a fan that is broken and the car needs to be serviced according to the workshop here. Superior cars chooses to only do this for certain parts of the service, so I have to pay about 2,500 SEK myself. It also takes over 1 month before they refund the amount they think is reasonable. I also have to call, text and email several times before the money arrives. Not really serious about not covering the entire cost because they think the brand workshop was too expensive and that they should skip certain things in the service because it was already done, according to them. 😡 However, we are very happy with the car anyway 🙏
