In short, I wish I never had been in contact with Agria ever. Save the money in an account instead and pay bills. Agria is a scam. It has now been 1 year since I first contacted JW well drilling. It has been a year of stress, frustration and pure incompetence. The original date for drilling the well was moved forward in time to the point that it became December 21st (original date from JW October). So heating mats were needed for a week to even be able to dig. Then they drilled the well too shallow, lied about the drilling depth in the report and M**s who installed spliced incorrectly, the electrical wiring turned out to be life-threatening according to the electrician who inspected it. JW also does not have a license to connect indoor electricity according to kollaelbolaget.se During the installation, the company's vehicle was used for relatives to go skiing. But, it doesn't stop there, when confronted they blame others. Takes months to respond. Subcontractors who came and are supposed to do the job do not have equipment, do not know what to do or have received incorrect information from JW's M**s. Everything is taken at face value and guessed without any idea of how boreholes and water wells work. I am fully aware that the above sounds too incredible and made up to be true, but unfortunately it is only a small part of how unserious and incompetent JW drills are. I am more than happy to answer questions and give examples so that no one else will be subjected to this. Sadly, I was recommended to JW, but from what I understand, it was several years ago when others were employed. Nowadays it is just a disaster. Bought brand new Siberias. Stopped working after approximately 1 year. Wanted to use the guarantee. Sent in pictures, the shop where I bought them concluded the same as me, the lights are faulty. Got the response from Strands: "you have to buy a new one and IF we accept the guarantee then you might receive a refund". Or if I wanted to remove the light, send it in for inspection. Driving around without lights for those weeks. Also got "we don't have them in stock so it might take time". Never Strands again. Better to buy no-name for 1/4 of the price with better quality. An expensive lesson learned. Customer service non existing. I recommend ordering from "China" vendors instead. More value and better customer service (non existing is better than a poor one).
Very professional and technically a true specialist. Dimitrios performed with care for patient comfort as well as he is nice and share knowledge with the assisting nurses making the workplace a nice place to work. I got my root canal filled and I definitely recommend Dimitrios if you want a good care for your teeth.
