We went to Strömsnäs Naturecamping because we thought we booked a camping site with a lakeview. On the website you can book your slot and it seems as if there is no one/ just one more camper in front of you, that's why we were okay with the slightly higher price. For example: we booked no. 27 and thought we were in the 2nd row. Unfortunately the seasonal guests/long term campers (Dauercamper) are not shown on the map. Instead of a partial view of the lake, we had the "lovely" view of a fence, a horizontally parked mobile home and a transporter (see picture). I took the liberty to mark the long time campers that I could see on the map (see green marker). P.S.The campsite seems way bigger than 60 spots. The view was really unfortunate, as the lake was beautiful, especially the sunset, which you could watch at the lakeside. Otherwise, the camping sites were quite big. Another positive remark: you can book everything online. And the staff was really helpful and friendly. There is also a dog beach. Unfortunately you have to pay for showers. In the main service house there were about 6 toilets in total (shared bathroom with separate stalls which didn't allow too much privacy). If you don't want a lakeview, but want to enjoy tour time at a lake, you can rent kayaks at the campsite and there is also a playground for kids. So probably nice for families.

Jag älskade det! Vacker och lugn sjö, perfekt för en nybörjare i kajak. Ett tillgängligt naturäventyr för stadsbor. Ta med snacks/lunchpaket att njuta av på en ö
