Very disappointed. On Monday, January 5, 2026, I went to the swimming pool with a friend to swim. Before leaving, we called and specifically asked if the swimming pool was open, which was confirmed. Upon arrival, the swimming pool was still closed due to a lack of staff. I have an annual pass and expect to be able to use what I pay for. Driving 40 minutes unnecessarily, in bad weather, is unacceptable - especially when correct information could have been given over the phone. I have also emailed about this without receiving any response. Lack of communication and very poor service to paying customers.
