I was not treated well at all by the dermatologist. I was stressed during my appointment and was not allowed to tell and ask everything I wanted. All my questions and concerns were met with anger and stupid explanations. For example, I was told “Am I the one who decides or you?” when I explained that I was worried about a certain product that she recommended. I was given prescription creams that the doctor did not explain how to use. I received help from other doctors at the hospital in the eye clinic who were much more helpful. However, the receptionist was very kind.
