We ordered gate parts from Thomas Smide for a large amount. When we opened the packaging, we discovered that the dimensions were oversized, something that was not stated in the product information. When we tried to return the goods, the company refused to accept them, even though the goods had never been used. According to the law, consumers have the right to return unused goods within 14 days, but the company did not comply with this. We think that the company should provide better information about the dimensions of the products and comply with consumer law. The company should also start stating the dimensions of the different parts before ordering the goods, and CLEARLY inform when ordering that the goods cannot be returned. Otherwise, they are violating Swedish legislation, which they already do in this case!
Vi beställde reservdelar för en större summa. Företaget har missvisande information om deras produkter, samt tillämpar inte Distansavtalslagen vid fel.
