Very dissatisfied. Went in to buy a leave-in conditioner and only saw the test on the shelf so I asked the staff if they had it. I then got a very curt answer that if it's not on the shelf they don't have it. She then added that it might have come on the pallets they had received today and asked if we would be at Väla for a long time because then we could come in again later in the day. I don't know how long you have to be at Väla for the pallets to have time to be unpacked to be completely honest. I thought it was strange behavior. I got the feeling that I had come in there and disturbed her in some way. That feeling doesn't make me want to spend money if you put it that way. Lyko lost a customer today.
