Lousy! Zero stars! Absolutely the worst service and nonchalant treatment. They hand out a "fixed" motorcycle with a broken front brake, which could have ended in disaster. No apology. They promise to fix it, but now, three weeks later, no feedback. Would never hand in a motorcycle for repair there - ever! Response to Mc Metroplen's response below: The motorcycle belongs to my partner who has had his motorcycle with you since November - an insurance matter. When it was picked up three weeks ago, and we drove a turn, the front brake was broken. If we had driven fast on the track, I could have been in mourning today... Now it is in the garage, unusable, with no feedback from you. And the season, where we both have assignments on courses for SMC, just goes on... Response to explanation: The fact remains: you hand out a motorcycle, which you say you fixed, with a life-threatening defect; a brake lever where hard braking had knocked out the front brake completely! And could have killed my partner. Of course I am dissatisfied with your handling to say the least! Apologizing and humbly taking responsibility for it would be the least... but that doesn't seem possible. I'll end the recent story with this and hope that no one else is at risk of getting hurt after your "service/repair".
