I contacted Lukas, who is a project manager, regarding a fiber job that needed to be done in the inner city of Stockholm. I explained the problem to him and he came up with many suggestions on what could be done to fix the problem. He resolved all contact with the fiber network owner, which made the process very simple for me. I called around to all possible fiber companies to get the right help quickly. All the others had very long lead times, which meant that they would only be able to come out after 6-10 weeks. Optocare was the exception, they came out after just 4 days and after that everything was solved. Can highly recommend Optocare!
