Hej, Jag vill framföra en stark synpunkt efter vårt besök på er Halloweenvandring …
Hello, I would like to make a strong point after our visit to your Halloween walk yesterday, at the time that according to the information is intended for "children and the easily frightened". I participated with my two daughters, approx. 6-7 years old, and what was supposed to be a fun and moderately exciting experience instead became a traumatic experience for them. Right at the beginning of the walk, a bloody clown jumped out from behind a corner of a large building and screamed. The children were completely panicked and started crying. I tried to calm them down, but even though I told the clown to stop and she clearly noticed how panicked the children were (as they were screaming and crying that they wanted to get out), she continued to scream and scare them. It is completely unacceptable to treat young children in this way, especially during a time that is explicitly intended for younger participants. It should be possible for children to participate without being traumatized. I hope you ensure that the staff are given clear instructions on how to deal with children in this type of situation. When a younger child panics, you don't continue to scare them. It should be a natural approach and common sense for those who work there. Clowne's behaviour was appalling. Kind regards, Lilia
Very nice treatment from the dentist. Professional, responsive, accommodating and does everything to ensure the patient gets a satisfactory result. I am grateful and positively surprised.
