Small but super cozy! Also, they definitely have the biggest sandwich I've ever had. No, I couldn't finish it. The "skagenröra smörgås" is fabulous, and very impressive portions. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My go-to when I visit Stockholm is their hot chocolate and chocolate cake, which is delicious. However, had to skip it this time, no room for sweets! Can recommend!
I've never seen anyone so confused when asked for a coffee. Asked for a cappuccino, "sorry, we don't have that." So I ask for an Americano, "we don't have that either." The waiter looked so confused when I pointed to the coffee options on the menu, ended up with water. That's okay, had a good laugh. The food was ok, we did pasta al pollo and penne pasta oxfilé. Very little meat in both, the chicken was a bit hard. Quite bland flavour. We also had a burshetta as a starter, though it arrived with the main. Lots of bread, very little flavour, heaps of raw onion. The tomatoes was okay. A bit burned. We'd been recommended this place by our bnb host, unfortunately not what we expected.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection, and the staff members had good knowledge about the products.
I've stayed here twice this year, once for a conference and once for leasure. I'm happy to say I've been very pleased both times. The gym and pool facilities are my favourites, though the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer during the winter. We enjoyed lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the hotel. The food was excellent, service quick, and portions reasonable. The room was alright, but a bit worn. The bathroom was brand new, very lovely! I'd recommend this place, although it's in "the middle of nowhere," it's perfect if you want a break from the city.
