Was acutely ill with high fever, cough and wheezing in the lungs. Despite chronic heart failure and ICD, I was thoroughly reprimanded by the nurse: we have no time, you have VIRUS (how could she know that over the phone??). Don't come here... You can't sit in the waiting room and infect others, etc. It felt like the staff's only job was to keep the sick away.
