Would never choose this company if I had a choice. Incredibly customer-unfriendly. Too bad the electricity market is designed in a way that means that you as a customer have to put up with the grid owner no matter what they come up with or charge. If there were minus stars, that's what I would have given them, so if you have a choice, make sure to choose another company.
