Extremely poor communication. Unserious. Felt good at first but that changed before construction started. Doesn't keep appointments or promises. Canceled meetings several times at short notice, then they blame the customer. All contact must be in writing otherwise they can come up with anything. We had to wait 7 months for all inspection points to be addressed DESPITE the fact that we had a 2-month contract.
