I have done a lot of therapy for anxiety and OCD since I was a teenager. I have tried traditional talk therapy, CBT, MCT, mindfulness approaches, and several practitioners focused on IFS, all with the same goal to feel better. It was not until I started working with Selma Kahn that I experienced real results. I have always believed it is possible to work smarter, not harder, to improve my life, and I have only ever achieved that with Selma.
