Such an incredibly knowledgeable person I first met a man who understood that my world was really about complex PTSD and also what I was living in at the time of never being able to relax. He referred me to a woman who could help with exercises to be present in my own body to feel myself in the present. And she made me understand that I had again experienced new traumas in the relationship at the time, which she also contributed greatly to my understanding that I had lost myself again even more and I got such good exercises and while I was with her I had flashbacks but she taught me good exercises to take with me to be able to continue to be present in my own inside and I am so incredibly grateful for that. I had wanted to buy her flowers for her great help now I haven't done so but had the last conversation with her today and I got to thank her for the great good work she has done and I hope she takes it to heart that she was that she has been a great help in everything I am going through. Many thanks to her. Can highly recommend.
