Excellent place for all kinds of weird and wonderful foodstuff. The Asian variety is huge and thrown in is more mundane 'regular Swedish stuff'. Really loving the produce section as I always find fresh and fun exotic fungi! Prices for meats in the frozen section is good and you can find some truly outlandish stuff there! Would recommend a visit just to peek at all the fabulousness 😁

What you see is what you get. This is a small, local pizza parlor. It has about the standard menu for a local, Swedish pizza place, nothing fancy but everything you expect and want. Pizza, burgers, pasta and salads. Bonus, American style deep pan pizzas. Those are serious cheesy goodness and so much food value... Although a bit greasy. Prices are average. Quality of food is good. Staff is friendly and attentive. If you require or request changes in ingredients they have always been able to accommodate. We eat here often, obviously because it's the closest place for our household but we wouldn't keep going back if it wasn't good enough. Five out of five stars, not because any Micheline aspirations but because it's a very reliable and tightly run little shop.

Very nice fika with home baked bread and cakes, freshly brewed coffee/tea. Usually also a very priceworthy 'dagens rätt' (todays meale), vegetarian soups or stew. Edit: café is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only. The store is located next to a tramstop (Kortedala torg by trams 6, 7 and 11) so it's brilliantly easy to get to. This is a modest but great hostel! Very very price worthy. Nothing fancy schmancy but clean, tidy and well maintained. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned lifting the standard above the basic quality of the furniture. The interior is a bit old-fashioned and quirky but hey! It's an old retired school with lots of preserved details from it's old career before turning hostel. The staff manning the place is down to earth and friendly, very service minded. Kitchen is, once again re cleanliness, spotless and well maintained. Easy instructions for if you need a snack or want to purchase a quick dinner or get some breakfast in the morning. All payments can be made in cash or using Swedish Swish. I would warmly recommend a stay for a night or more. There is plenty of gorgeous nature to enjoy in the surrounding and a comfortable driving distances to Mora and Orsa with all the sights they offer. Ten out of ten! It's a well balanced grocery. You can get all the basics at a good price. It doesn't always carry more specialised items so for some specific recepies you might have to visit one of the larger supermarkets. But, for your day to day needs it fits the bill. Also, they have a weekly theme (most often a country or region) that brings in some very nice and sometimes unexpected items. Me myself have a Finlandian heritage and I was positively impressed with how good the selection was when the theme was Finland. All in all I really like the stores and will gladly recommend them for your basic grocery needs.
