The place is not expensive, clean, with large rooms, and feels safe. However, they only replied to my emails in Swedish and their responses were very irregular. In my case, I did not receive the code to enter the room on time, so I had to stand in front of the hotel and call them. They also asked me to pay just a few hours before my trip, offering only the Swedish Swish payment system, which I do not have. A transfer from Deutsche Bank takes two days. I believe their service could be improved. This is why I give only 2 out of 5 stars.
