Väldigt besviken på bemötande från personal som byggt hinderbana för att hålla borta rullstolar, barnvagnar, och rullatorer. …
Very disappointed with the treatment from staff who built an obstacle course to keep out wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers. I was there with a person in a small and flexible wheelchair that appears everywhere in every other second-hand store we have ever visited. After pushing a chair a couple of centimeters, we were rudely told that "it was there for a reason" and that it was impossible to get further into the store, even though we saw that it would work perfectly. I want to emphasize that it is not a lack of space that makes it difficult to get through, but that there is deliberately placed furniture in the way both outside the entrance and in the premises so that you cannot get in with a wheelchair, stroller, or the like. On the way out, we passed two mothers of small children who were each carrying a child because they had to park their strollers outside. Judging by the prices of the things we managed to see, we didn't miss anything. I have never felt motivated to leave a review before, but in this case I feel it might be good for people to know that they might not get in, or simply not be welcome. You might wonder why the ramp outside is still there at all.
