Unfortunately, I am incredibly dissatisfied after my trip with Bröllopsfabriken. Found my dream dress on the first visit. The owner did not inform me at the time of purchase about the costs involved for adjustments, but referred me to the website afterwards. The thing is that she ordered a dress that was too big for me, which means that when the day comes the entire waist of the dress needs to be sewn in. When I was going to pick up my dress, about 3 weeks before the wedding, I pointed out that I was not happy with how the waistband was adjusted. The owner then said that she would fix this. After a while she came back, had packed the dress and charged 3850 SEK. When I tried on the dress at home, I noticed that she had not fixed this. I panicked and called the store the next morning. I was promised a call back as soon as possible from the owner to find out how they were going to solve this. I heard nothing! Luckily I bought a dress made by a Swedish designer who will take on the dress. I send it there and get it repaired. Still haven't heard anything from Bröllopsfabriken. The same week as my wedding, they offer me to come to the store two days before the wedding. At that time, I have already informed them via email that Abby Waits has solved what they didn't do. I haven't received an apology or any reasonable response to their incredibly poor customer service. As soon as you pay in the store, you're not worth it. I have all contact with the store in writing and they are incredibly slippery and unwilling to address problems. Would never recommend this store to anyone. When even the staff expresses that the owner can't take criticism, then something is very wrong.
