What was good- Care. Your dog will be treated with care in a beautiful and safe environment by real animal lovers. With the animal in focus, a very good place. Follow-up. Via daily uploads on Instagram we were able to follow our dog's stay and thus feel secure as owners. What was bad - Communication with pet owners. Criticism and feedback should be given in a respectful and constructive way. Not with questioning and condemnation. One of the staff showed a total disinterest in listening to us but was more interested in talking over, silencing and listening to his own voice. Respect for the pet owner's perspective. The staff should ask and understand the pet owner's interactions and routines before questioning them. Especially when they lack insight into what our everyday lives and our journey in life with our pet look and have looked like.
