Do NOT recommend. Here is why in a nutshell: 1. Wanted to change the date the day before. Which caused stress. This did not work and it was resolved anyway, but I think it is unprofessional to do so. 2. They were late. 3. Our move-in-cleaned toilet was used more than once (not pee, I can say) so I had to clean it again when they were done moving out. 4. THEY BURNED US OUT OF 2000 SEK They said it was because they were standing too far from our gate. But they were literally standing right outside the gate. It was not physically possible to stand closer. (Have picture proof) How they blew us off: They refused to move any more things until we signed a new contract (with Mobile BankID) where we were forced to pay these two thousand kronor extra. As a SINGLE PREGNANT WOMAN, I felt that I didn't dare or have the energy to argue with three strange men in an apartment I had to clean before moving out. (My husband was in the other apartment) It definitely felt like a bit of a hostage situation. Because what were we going to do? If I refused to sign, we wouldn't have been able to move. 5. It takes 3 minutes to go between the apartments. Trip number 2 took over half an hour. They didn't say anything about a lunch break so my husband had to stand and wait for them for half an hour. We started to think that they had left with our things. 6. They refused to move everything in the apartment. There were things left on the balcony that they refused to move (balcony floor + pots). They said it wasn't included. But it doesn't say anywhere in the contract that it wouldn't be included. Then they said the car was too full. But it wasn't. After discussion THEY TRY TO BLOW US OUT OF EVEN MORE MONEY. They say they can certainly consider taking those things, for another thousand. No. That wasn't the case. We had to solve this ourselves at the last minute. (I also have picture proof of how empty the car was when they said it was too full in the car + the things they refused to take) 7. They didn't wrap fragile furniture. (Even though it says so in the contract) 8. They washed/rinsed themselves in the new apartment. Which is okay, it was really hot. But it looked like a fucking flood afterwards. 9. They PISSED in our new toilet too. More than once. 10. They left a SNOW LOB in the towel in the toilet. So they sneezed in the towel. I threw up. 11. Tried to get in touch with them and have asked for a refund of AT LEAST the 2000. But no. Radio silence
