Avoid this company. Antik&Modärn refused to refund me when they claimed that I had returned worn goods, which is not true. I objected to this especially since the return conditions did not even mention anything about depreciation deductions. When my demands for a refund continued to be ignored, I reported them to ARN. ARN agreed with me and urged the company to refund me. But despite this, I never received the refund I am entitled to. The company does not follow ARN's recommendations, and unfortunately that says a lot about the business. The company is grossly lacking in transparency and lacks respect for consumer law.
