Dyrare än vanliga matbutiker, men billigare än Pressbyrån. Hade fryst dill när jag behövde det.
Gott!
This is mostly a review of Gråbo's new square. What is the meaning of life? Is free will an illusion? Are we living in a simulation? These are three questions that the philosophically inclined person is likely to ask themselves when visiting Gråbo's center. Because the feeling that we are living in a simulation, like the unknowing people who live their lives in the Ikea catalog, occurs almost immediately when you walk down Gråbosnabben and stand on the square. I am of course referring to the spinning chairs, the lampposts and all the seemingly uniquely designed objects that are on the square. The square as a whole manages to feel both unique and lively, mass-produced, generic and soulless at the same time. But don't I set rather high standards for originality? Why would a spinning chair on a square need to be original? The problem is that these are designed in a way that claims originality - most people who see such a chair are struck by a feeling that "this was something new and creative, wow". When you have then seen the same swivel chair in the newly renovated city centers of several western Swedish municipalities, you realize that it was probably just that all these landscape architects looked in the same catalog and clicked home the same swivel chairs, all thinking "wow, now we can freshen up the municipality with something new and different". Or we are all living in a simulation where its creators did not have many ideas for what newly renovated city centers in western Sweden at the end of the 2010s should look like.
