One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Was supposed to get 250/250 fiber, once in place the internet didn't work, according to them it was because it was old fiber and they could only deliver 100/100 (for the record, old fiber can deliver at least 10000/10000, it's their equipment that sucks). At least I got 100/100 which has been 100/10 consistently for a year, I also got an invoice for changing my subscription from 250 to 100. The fiber network has a completely unreasonable high response time for a fiber network, I think this may be one of Sweden's worst broadband providers, has had 3 long downtimes at night in 1.5 years. Hope they sell the rights to the fiber so a serious provider can get a handle on this shit.
