A negative experience unfortunatel. I was asked to pay upon check-in and had to show proof that I had already paid. It felt uncomfortable that they seemed suspicious when I explained that the payment had been made. At check-out, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding on their end, they AGAIN wanted to confirm that I had in fact paid. If your system does not clearly show completed payments, there should at least be a way to verify them without making guests feel distrusted – especially when they provide proof of payment. I stayed in a room on the second floor facing the inner courtyard on a Friday night. I REALLY wish there had been a warning at the time of booking. There were loud and increasingly intoxicated guests in the pub below, and the last ones did not leave until 1:15 AM. I would never stay here again.

Jag blev besviken över att se att inte ens personalen (vid bussning av borden) sorterade avfallet enligt butikens eget system. Trots att deras skyltar säger att plast och organiskt avfall ska sorteras separat, slängde personalen upprepade …
