Trevligt litet ställe framför museet för att ta en drink och/eller en varmkorv. Servicen var mycket vänlig och ordnade omedelbart vatten till hunden! …

Lots of good stuff but a unforgivable issue that is so basic it ruins a stay. The campsite was not even half full and the extremely minimal amount of toilets and showers meant constantly standing in line and queueing to take a dump is ridiculous. 10 toilets or so for the entire campsite is absurd and a ridiculous planning failure that should be forbidden. When that issue is fixed the area around the site is beautiful and close to Stockholm. Wifi doesn't work and you are staying on a big open field (sadly common in Sweden). Beware that the sites also hosts events (weddings etc over the weekend with the parties attached to this).

Campsite is a big open field in the Forrest. So little privacy. Sanitary building was not the newest but clean. Showering is included which is good and family room was good with 2 showers. Bread is not expensive but very basic (supermarket halfbaked goods) could get your own at the supermarket and bake these in the provided kitchen. Same end result for even less and no hassle with ordering. The location is beautiful but for some reason they cleared all the seaweed from the beaches and thrown it in a massive pile, resulting in a pile of rotting seaweed on the beach. Since wind blows mostly from sea this means a really good smell of rotting seaweed on the campsite if there is wind. Power is not 16 amp and needs a normal plug not CEE. Also Look for spots far away from the garbage/recycling. They use massive containers with metal doors for normal garbage and every time somebody opens and closes these it makes a massive amount of noise! And people throw away garbage quite early for some reason :) Wifi theoretically is present but doesn't work, no reception anywhere. When I notified staff the answer was: yeah the wifi is bad and needs to be replaced..... So yeah all in all 2 stars?

Campsite is ok, a big grass field parked close together so prepare for no privacy. As more often in Sweden/especially first camp. Bread is very mediocre, standard supermarket pre baked goods heated up. (tip buy the half baked bread in the supermarket and use the provided ovens.... This is the same as what they do and cheaper) Sanitary facilities are partially very modern. Showering is included in price great. However your have to press the button every 2 minutes or so. Another very confusing thing is the shield. These have separate building for the normal toilets and the family rooms. But instead of just the family shield as in all other first camp sites. Here they opted to have a shield for the family room with a toilet shield and a showering shield. Since you pass the normal toilets are situated between 2 building with family rooms everybody only sees this and start to use these. End result massive lines for the 4 Family rooms that are now used as shower and toilet..... Nobody in the toilet building.... Extremely annoying when you are actually there with a family and constantly have to wait and tell people there is another building. Staff doesn't give wifi password at check in. so after reception closes (16.30) good luck finding out what is... However you only need it when you get reception which is doubtful...
