I had a really bad experience at Isaksson Bilverkstad Mercedes in Vinberg. I ordered brakes for my car, but when they turned out not to fit I was told it was my fault – even though they were the ones who helped me order them. I also had to wait 30 minutes just to return the brakes, and was forced to pay 250 SEK for the return to go through because “the rules say so.” Very unprofessional and rude treatment. I really do not recommend this workshop.
