Went in today and bought a bouquet of flowers which I do occasionally and was treated extremely rudely which I have never experienced before, went into the store and into the cold room where it says welcome on the door and started to look around to put together a bouquet which I had previously made, heard the door behind me open but thought there were more customers coming in as no one said anything, then felt someone standing behind me and turned to see who, there stood a woman with a very grim expression on her face standing like a prison guard with her hands crossed behind her back and really glared at me, excuse me I said and took a step to the side am I getting in your way? No but it looks like you need help she says and continues to look at me sternly, I don't understand at first but then I ask her if she works here, yes I do she says and nothing more.. ok I didn't understand I say back but then maybe you know if you have a bridal veil because I can't find it in here, we don't usually have that she then answers back slyly to which I answer that well you usually have it all the times I have bought a bouquet here, I thought for a moment just put the flowers back and buy somewhere but caught myself and then asked her what she thought of another alternative I had found, do you think you should have 1 or 2 of these, then she pursed her lips and said that it's a matter of taste.. Ok but then I'll take these and you're welcome to make a bouquet to wrap for me, while she does this she doesn't say a word to me but just continues to be grumpy and purse her lips even though I've just been nice back the whole time, now in retrospect I regret that I didn't question her behavior towards a customer, I've never been treated like this before..
